why ecg done? not indicated..this is nothing cardiac from.any clinical angle..one should assess neurologic and rule out cervical disc prolapse

Repeat ecg.. but get a trop t if 4 to 6 hours have passed since the pain began..cause ecg still might not show the real background..it may b NSTEMI..also serum electrolyte..
