CHEST PAIN

A female aged 45 years who is a k/c/o Hypothyroidism on treatment with Morbid obesity p/w complaints of Burning in Chest since last night....She also complains of Pain in Right arm....comment on her ECG and discuss the findings

Hello. .I m dr.bharat prajapati here. .I had sudden severe shooting right chest pain 3 days ago. ..I was detected to hving primary spontaneous pneumothorax. .on hrct thorax lung was collapsed emergency icd inset ion done by ct surgeon. .I m hving intermittent air leak now on 4th day...2nd post op day hrct showed 10 15% pneumo was there. ..no reason was found as etiology. .whts further management u suggest...

64/F, non DM, non HTN, presented with Chest Pain, SOB, Weakness and Low grade Fever for 3-4 weeks. ASO- 387, CRP-57.38, Spirometry- Normal study, Sputum AFB- NF for 2days. Echocardiogram- EF67%, no RWMA, IVS & I AS intact, Valves normal. CXR, CT Thorax, ECG, CBC, Electrolytes attached.
