50/M, diagnosed c/o Budd-Chiari syndrome since 10 years with h/o HV angioplasty on anticoagulation Chief Complaints Jaundice since 1 month, associated with pruritus, with abdominal distension, without any abdominal pain Investigations Bili- 4.5/3.2, OT/PT= 45/34, ALP = 350 CECT Abdomen is attached Management What is the diagnosis and management?
