UTI AGGRAVATED by uncontrolled DM Control bSL by medicine diet and change in life style. Antibiotics as per urine C/ S reports parental route. PCM orally and multivitamin. Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and regular monitoring and evaluation required.

Urinary tract Infection with diabetes and fever It need to be treated with appropriate Antibiotic and strict blood sugar control Cholesterolosis - occurs because of deposit of cholesterol in macrophages - it do not need Surgical treatment

Ac.UTI ....Cystitis. Urine culture for Sensitivity. Start antibiotic accordingly. Glycemic controll is primarily to be taken care. SPA & Prostatitis needs to be assessed thru USG.. Total change in dietary habit must be reviewed.

In most cases, you won’t know you have cholesterolosis unless you have an ultrasound or other imaging test for gallstones, or after a cholecystectomy, the removal of your gallbladder.
