45yr /M patient with pain n sensitivity followed by swollen gums in max Anteriors teeth n max molars left n right side.

i counseled and diagnosed 3 sibling sisters pts with palms and the soles hyperkeratosis, lossing milk and permanent teeth froms 2 yrs and 2 of them have pyogenic dermatosis. state spot doagnosis and counceltation

51 yrs male farmer by profession having erythematous raised lesions since 15days.having itching n burning sensation.non smoker,non alcoholic, Hypertensive not on medications.C/O swelling of right hand with mild restriction of finger movements.need ur insight n how to further proceed with the case.
