4 years boy. C/o- Not passing urine since yesterday afternoon. Crying while passing urine. Today took an allopathic medicine. And passed once in afternoon. Still baby is crying n complaining of pain. DX? Rx?

Is a case of Acute retention of urine. Acute medicines can alleviate the symptoms. In this case the child have UTI probably cystitis. Study - Aconite ( many homoeopaths uses as their first option ), Bell & Cantharis. Homoeopathic medicines acts fastly...but time factor is important.... if expert opinion needed don't hesitate .
Most common causes of acute urine retention may be due to mechanical obstruction, stone ,phymosis etc. An usg should be done .
Phimosis, fermentation with Luke warm water , apply 2 percent xylocaine jelly to provide local anaesthesia ,retract the prepuce clean the area apply Calendula ointement in small amount, Hygiene to be maintained give suitable medicine which can be Belladonna or Merc sol in 30 potency for two days
Urine examination and usg abdomen, prescribe Exitone liq with antispasmodic drugs and cephalospopric drug
