Colonoscopy shows erosions, Mx?

Chief Complaint A 78 y/o female complained of lower abdominal pain with mild nausea. History No episode of vomiting. She has CS twice, both children are healthy. No relevant family history. Vitals BP- 155/90 mm Hg HR- 65/min Breathing- 18 bpm Temp- 100 deg F. Investigations WBC- 11.5 × 109/l C-reactive protein, 2.2 mg/dl. CT abdomen & Ultrasonography shows wall thickening & colonal calcifications. Colonoscopy shows bluish edematous mucosa with erosion and ulcers in the cecum. Treatment Please give your comments on the management part.

Colon pathology Needs further investigation and evaluation to conclude and line of treatment. Symptomatic treatment till reports complied.
