Combination of Dm drugs In patients ?

12 year girl with this lesions over face for last 9 month.. Lesion increased in number over time.. Shown to multiple practioner with no relief.. Are this molluscum?

Age 52/m diabetic have this color change, history of dvt and copd and was taking warferin.. Started with minocycline recently... What could be the reason for Color change?? And how can we manage it?
