A male aged 48 years Chief Complaints Fever (on/off) Cough Breathlessness (x 20 days) Physical Examination Resp - Bronchial breath sounds with occ crepitations in Rt interscapular region Investigations Xray Chest
Rt mid zonal consolidation with cavitary lesion with irregular border. Minimal fissural effusion seen. Adv HRCT thorax and sputum examination to rule out bacterial/ tubercular infection.
Antibiotic Sputum afb cbnaat Neb. Duolin Rhonchi should there for breathlesness Neb duolin TLC count
Rt mid zone cavity hazziness. Walking pneumonia.

53yrs/M brought to the emergency department with Suspected Covid 19 following a 1 week H/o Cough,Fever on n off and Progressive SOB worsening Suddenly in the preceding 5hrs.He is Known Diabetic on Insulin therapy. *Chief Complaints* Cough,Fever,SOB *Physical Examination* On presentation he was hypoxaemic, with an SpO2 of 84% on 15 L/min oxygen, tachycardic RR -48/min,On a 15 L/min non-rebreathing mask (NRM) he improved to 100% SO2.
