36 year old lady came to me after a screening mammogram which she got done herself because her sister (39 years) was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. 65 year old diabetic lady with a lesion over the nipple since the last 3 months. She claims it developed after a trivial trauma. Underlying retroareolar lump present measuring 2*1 cm.
