Congestion of lungs or pneumonia
Introduction: Too much blood gets accumulated in the blood pipes of lungs because of heart diseases, infection and injury. Because of this reason, he feels great difficulty in breathing. Treatment of this disease by following drugs: 1. Aconite:- If the patient feels difficult breathing in the condition of congestion of the lungs, restlessness, haltingly cough, etc., giving Aconite 30 is beneficial in such symptoms of disease. 2. Sulphur:- If Aconite makes no impression, giving Sulphur 30 at an interval of every 2-2 hours is beneficial. 3. Phosphorus:- If black phlegm discharges from the lungs in the condition of pneumonia and the patient feels sleepy all the time, Phosphorus 3 should be given at an interval of every half an hour. 4. Carbo-veg:- If the body of the patient becomes cold and blue due to pneumonia, brooding all the time, taking Carbo-veg 3 at an interval of every 2-2 hours is very useful.

21 yr old boy , k/c of Down's syndrome, presented with cough and fever of 2 days duration, not very co-operative but able to follow commands , speech impaired, cough ++, Temp 38c,Spo2 86%,BP 110/70,no edema on legs, clubbing+,JVP could not check and ECG also could not do,on auscultation air entry diminished on rt side wheeze present on Lt side ,tachycardia + no murmurs detected?

3month old baby with cough difficulty in breathing refusal to feed stuprose spo2 70% tachponea tachcardia flaring of nostril .full of crepts.tc 17 t n78% dehydrated .xray shows bl upper lobe haziness . put baby on ceftrizone and clindamycin and supporyive measure.not much improved in nest two days repeat xray and ecocardigraphy with bila consolidation and ryt ventricular dilatation with severe pulmonary hpertention.repot attached.please line of treatment.
