Connective tissue overgrowth

7 yrs boy,h/ of small swelling over medial aspect of rt.foot near mallelous, to begin small, now attained present size since 2 months.They r non tender,not attached to skin,not fixed to underlying tissue,no fever, kindly Dx,&DD.

But there is no itching,no signs of redness ,pain,no serpengious like lesions,.....no vesicular bullous lesions.
