Yes Sir, Lack of physical activity , stress in day to day life , inadequate deit and food habits , allergies are add on factors in COPD . People should act positively in their own health care system and manage whole routine keeping in mind health should be in top priority.
Most common contributory factors are whopping cough , air pollution, smoking, genetic(rate),lack of vit c and vir a in diet . I was giving routinely vit a and vit d in diet.
Yes.. One should take care of health positively with good lifestyle in the atmosphere of pollution, allergy, with proper food habit.. The reason for this is self made by oneself.. So it's very much necessary to give importance for good healthy lifestyle... The information by medi-insights is good, thought provoking..
Really, the rate with which COPD is increasing in India and by which it is considered as global burden of disease its prevention is the need of the hour. No doubt, air pollution has increased a lot and beyond our control. We as a unit (as an integrative approach) should work hand in hand to prevent it as far as possible. Very informative sir.
