I in pregnancy avoid unnecessary drug intake but when needed use levocts montolucast. As antihistaminic Paracetamol as antipyretic As cold is viral so try to avoid Antibiotics but when bacterial infections is in doubt Amoxyclve is safe

Treat symptomatically Nothing is safe in pregnancy hence select every medication with wisdom so as products which are not teratogenic should be selected For relief of symptoms you can give relevant medication for short period ie couple of days Natural anticold and cough suprresent are choice Antibiotics to be avoided Paracetamol is safe analgesic and antipyretic

Thank you doctor
