COVID 19 CASE

75yrs/M presented with 3days history of fever and dry cough,No respiratory distress or dyspnea present on examination.From this X ray chest can anyone confirm that it is COVID 19!!

Hyperinflation Reticulonoduler densities noted more on rt side. Fissural fibrosis seen on rt. Left retrocardiac air bronchogram seen Evaluate for ILD with consolidation.
