42yrs/F admitted with Fever on/off since 4 days,SOB since yesterday.INTERPRET CXR WITH MANAGEMENT PLAN? History None Vitals BP - 120/80,PR -76,Spo2 -88% without O2 support,Temp - 98°F Physical Examination Chest - B/l Wheeze Investigations Awaited

X- Ray - chest is suggestive of widespread bilateral ground glass opacities with ARDS typical of COVID-19 viral pneumonia. As investigations including RT - PCR is awaited - Patient needs an ICU care A high flow nasal cannula oxygenation- non - invasive and be prepared for mechanical ventilation as and when required. Inj Dexamethasone 6 mg / day Parenteral antibiotics . Further treatment may be required once RT - PCR report comes with LMWH, inj Remdesivir and other supportive care as per the COVID-19 protocol
