45 year old male -Left upper back bump x 1-2 years -was not painful -over the past week, worsened, became red painful, warm and like pressure to shoulder, and drainage -started draining some yellow per patient, during visit a little yellow on gauze was more serosanguineous when he took out the bandaid/ cover.
