Needs clinical history and physical findings. We are treating human beings, ant not treating CT brain.. NCCT brain shows irregular hyperdense lesion in the left frontal area with perilesional hypodensity and hyperdensity left tentorial leaflet. Calcified lesion also hyperdense on CT brain ,that is the importance for the history and physical findings. In view of the tentorial hyperdensity: Left frontal hemorrhagic contusion with small tentorial SDH left side.

Thank you doctor

No history. No physical findings.no mention of gcs. Left frontal contusion. Reduce icp. Hand over the case to neurosurgeon. Sugical evacuation &if necessary decompressive craniotomy
