14 y/o girl presented with deep periodontal pockets with mandibular first molars bilaterally on distal aspect. 10 mm of pocket distal to mandibular first molar. What is your take on this case?

Aggressive periodontitis Three rooted mandibular first molar. Check for other posteriors also. Advice an opg and ct scan. Mention cheif complain Also post intraoral pic Oral prophylaxis Deep curettage Check for any habits. Periodontal therapy.
What is the chief complaint of the patient? 10 mm of pockets bilaterally indicate Aggressive periodontitis. Deep debridement and currettage is indicated, followed by root planing. Regular follow ups in 3months will help.
