Seizures under evaluation

Kindly comment on CT head This patient 13 year old male presented with a single episode of seizure yesterday night with post ictal confusion and dribbling of saliva from mouth. He was loaded on epsolin and is being maintained on epsolin too. So far no fresh episodes of seizures. Report says granuloma(? NCC) Need expert opinion on this

First of all the images are not clear and secondly it's not NCC Please get an mri to confirm Until then put the child on AEDs involve neurologist
