a 75 yr male k/c/o htn.on reg Rex. operated inguinal hernia before 1 yr. presented with c/o red nodular spots on upper and lower limb mainely dorsal aspects... painful on pressure... no itching...no burning sensation.... since 5 days...previously treted with steroids. anti histamines. calamine lotion .and tab atarax ...it dissolve... now againe occur..... what should be couse...and line of treatment....

Actininic Keratosis or Age Spots or Sun Spots with differential diagnosis being neurofibromatosis, Henocs Scolion purpura, Other breeding disorder. go for biopsy, CT brain,BT,PT,APTT,Platelets.
May be Atypical Rheumatoid Nodules as responding to steroids..But RF may be negative..seems autoimmune..
