Basal ganglia calcification is normal. Needs details of the head ache to decide the type of head ache.

Whether headache is unilateral or bilateral associated with nausea or vomitting and aggravating factors like lack of sleep, sunlight exposure, excess work, intake of coffee chocolates cold drinks Chinese food containing MSG will establish diagnosis of migraine; serum Calcium is advised
Just prescribe Tab Tryptomer 10mg OD at night. If required, increase it gradually to 25mg OD. If any extrapyramidal symptoms present, prescribe Tab Pacitane 2mg, otherwise not.
