Sinus rhythm,t Wave inversion in lead 3and avf.may be nonspecific. Needed Sr ECG, TFT, lipid profile, if req cardiac enzymes.

Wnl but I suggest to repeat after a week, sometimes chest discomfort may present with no significant changes in EKG

How is it tachy doctor? It's within normal range only with hr of 75 bpm
