HRCT NOT VERY CLEAR. APPEARS TO BE B/L PLEURAL EFFUSION WITH INFECTIVE PATHOLOGY. MOST PROBABLY TUBERCULAR. ADV SPUTUM AND BLOOD INVESTIGATION

Bil destroyed lung. Needs to evaluate for MDR TB. If refractory lesions, poor prognosis needs to be explained..
