14 yr old girl with white patches in buccal mucosa for one year gradually enlarging. Minimal amount of pain present. Pics attached. Please give diagnosis and treatment

Its 3 molar erupting or any friction due to altered pathway of erupting molar, jus adv opg and further referal to a dentist,pls tell her till then with normal salt water gargling helps,pls check even mouth opening limit,check pain during the opening of the mouth

OSMF,,, But plan biopsy due to long standing and growing pattern, there also seems submucosal vascularity

It's my opinion... Lichen planus .. Topical antibiotics gels .. And corticosteroid. Gels ... Oral dose .. Dental counseling.. And maintain oral hygiene..
