I recently had a male patient 75 y/o presented with these lesions.Too many areas to count on his arms, legs, back and scalp. Abdomen, chest and fingers/toes are unaffected. He states it itches very much, day and night. He's switched to hypoallergenic soap and sensitive skin laundry detergent. Negative for scabies. Physician prescribed mupropion ointment to apply to affected areas, also no noticeable changes. No known contact with irritating plants. He has a dog. The odgsskin/fur is in good condition. He stays mostly indoors. options for treatment?
