40 yrs old diabetic came with C/O of hoarseness of Voice, anxiety, weight loss, tremors. He was on Thyroxin 100 mcg for last 8 yrs. His USG reveals Bilateral thyroid nodules with cervical lymphadenopathy. I have advised him Thyroid scan n biopsy. What should be the treatment? I have started Ciplar Should I start methimazole.
