you are following a good line of treatment. We have such cases here and always make it a point to give a course of Vasantakusumakara 1 tab in the morning with navaneeta and ghee; siddhamakaradhwaj in the evening times. The course is for 10days and repeated every month once. You can reduce the dose accordingly. Has given promising results in 4 such patients.

Strictly control sugar levels with oral antidiabetic medicine or inject insulin. Broad spectrum antibiotic for ulcer healing. Debridement properly with NS dressing with mupirocin oint.
