Case details & Few Pre OP , Post OP images of a " Bear bite" case treated in GMKMCH, Salem..... ~ A case of 50 / M - BEAR ATTACK near Krishnakiri @ 03.30 PM yesterday· ~ Reached GMKMCH AE Ward @ 08.30 PM. ~ Immediate after resuscitation patient taken for Emergency life saving Surgey @ PMSSY EOT. ~ Emergency tracheostomy done in EOT in the view of extensive facial injury. ~ Right side maxilla avulsed & missing . Left Side eye ball exposed. ~ Duration of Reconstructive Surgery - 3 Hours ( 09.30 PM to 12.30 AM) by Plastic Surgeon & Anaesthetist team under GA. ~ After Surgery patient was shifted to PACU - Post Anaesthesia Care Unit @ PMSSY Specialty Block & Connected with Ventilator. ~ Presently ( 14.08.16 - 08.00 PM ) Patient @ PACU > Hemodynamically Stable. Consious, oriented - on CPAP Mode Ventilator support ( Weaning phase). ( source - watsapp group)
