Contact allergic dermatitis. Allegra..180.mg.1 tab OD.x 5 days. Calamine lotion. Avoid possible allergen or synthetic fiber clothing contact.

Acute contact dermatitis Adv. Calamine lotion Hs Tab. Levocetrizine 10mg OD
