Chronic paronychia with ingrowing toe nail both medial and lateral angle. Partial excision of nails Antibiotic broad spectrum Analgesic as per requirement Tab Fluconazole 200 mg twice wkly for 4-6 weeks then one tab wkly for anothe ,6 wks Aseptic regular dressing.
