Desaquamation and Peeling of Skin in limbs

Desaquamation of skin on hands and feet in 56 years male patient since last 5-6 days. K/c/o type 2 DM, no history of fever, no discharges from lesions. Kindly help in Diagnosis and further management.

Exfoliative dermatitis ACD / ICD Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keto soap shampoo and lotion locally. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. lobate-S fucibact oint locally bd. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge. Protect against exposure to Irritants or contact causes allergy or bad weather conditions.
