42 year old male comes to the clinic for restoration. we can see noticeable verrucous lesion over the tongue. Patient has no problem with this lesion and as lesion is painless .No history of tobacco chewing or smoking. No previous history of such lesion. What could be the d/d and treatment for this.

34 yrs old female complaining of papular rash c itching all over the body three month back .treated c antihistaminics clobetasole .took completely .but no cure now the rash changed to this c swelling over both the legs since 15 days .kindly discuss and RX .

C/o of itching, pus collection, irritation all around the body. Patient visited No. Of clinics drs prescribed luliconazole ointment, steroids anti histamines medication still not getting any response. CBC done. WBC:11900. Diagnosis and Rxn plz.
