38 y.o. Female. No PMH. Presents with a bump for 5 weeks. Pruritis, pain, worse with palpation, with intermittent malodorous serious drainage. Is on Augmentin 500 mg TID x 10 days. Is on day 6 with little improvement. All labs WNL. dx? Rx?

External piles ,with secondary infection ? Underlying fissure PILON tabs, and rectal oint, Tinidazole+ Ofloxacine , chymoral, Sitz bath , After pain has subsided, Proctosigmoidoscopy
Pus formation atperial region it has to be drained Antibiotics Antiinflammatorry analgesics Hot sitz,s bath B D

External Piles with Secondary infection
External piles with sec inf. To be treated with antibiotic, nsaid & enzyme prep. Sitz bath with local antibacterial oint application also to be done.
