11yr old girl presents with swelling both angle of angle of jaw.swelling is extending up to upper part of chest. swelling is persisting for 12 days. pls advice.

B/l swelling at angle of jaw goes much in favour of mumps Take history properly esp immunization history history of fever and dysphagia any tenderness warmth or any collection at the site of swelling
Mumps extending upto chest ?? More likely cellulitis or subcutaneous emphysema

Suppurative parotitis Mumps Please do USG neck if it shows suppuration start on IV vancomycin Serratiopeptidase Get lead surgery opinion better to do fnac
Lymphangioma with infection. USG to look for confirmation and antibiotics antiinflammatory. Later if persists Intralesional bleomycin or OK 32
History not tAken in details and posted. Can be Mumps bilateral, cellulitis. Poor dental hygiene with cavities.
Mumps mainly involve the salivary glands . More in favour of cellulitis/subcutaneous emphysema
