Male 65 years, normotensive. No habits.. came with perspiration and abdominal fullness since 3 hours. No exertion always symptoms.. Hemodynaemically stable .. BP 120/80... ECG as under... Please explain changes and possible DD?

Patient had Total LAD occlusion and underwent PTCA.. with good result. EF was 25% only with severe AW akinesia...before procedure... Thank you all for valuable opinion...
