Rat tail appearance. Suggestive of obstruction in lower part of oesophagus. ?ca oesophagus. Needs further investigation s.

Dilated lower oesophagus with narrowing of GA JUNCTION(Rat tale appearance) suggest Malignancy of lower third oesophagus.Advised further investigations like Endoscopy and biopsy, CT SCAN for staging of the disease and further planning of treatment

Carcinoma lower 1/3rd oesophagus. After confirmation by biopsy oesophagus Tony will be required.

There is obstruction of lower esophagus with proximal dilatation. No rat tailing. Most likely to be a malignant lesion. You might not be able to pass scope beyond and may even need dilatation.

Stricture lower end of oesophagus malignancy confirm with endoscopy

Achalasia cardia. Proximal smooth dilation with smooth tapering.
