Diagnose these lesions?

A 66 y/o male presented with pustules over both the palms and soles. History dated back to 3 years. There is no family history of any skin disease or any other disease. Patient is taking atenolol, diltiazem, aspirin, and atorvastatin for suspected CAD. Can you diagnose this disease?

Palmoplanter psoriasis. Palmoplantar psoriasis is a type of psoriasis that affects the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition that can flare up with exposure to certain triggers.. PPKD Levocet 5mg bd Tapering dose of steroid orally. Methotrexate 10mg weekly. Multivitamin and antioxidant orally. lobate-S fucibact oint locally bd. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally HS. Reassurance and counciling required.

Looks like it's a Case of "PALMOPLANTER PUSTULAR PSORIASIS".
