Diagnosis??

The bandage below is a drained bulla. 62/F came with complaint of non healing ulcer over temporal area since an year. Biopsy came out to be non specific dermatitis. After all modalities possible she barely showed any healing and after 2 months started developing bullae over pre auricular area. We started her on valacyclovir but again no response. Suggest differentials

Case for discussion 45 year old male presented with hyperkeratotic lesions in a annular circumference placement on the right gluteal region only. Present and progressing since 13 years. Started in center as a Nodular keratotic lesion then slowly spread circumferentially History of applying steroid based creams. Sensation intact No h/o of itching IT IS NOT TINEA. 1. Describe the lesion 2. Give possible DD 3. What tests to do to get closer to diagnosis.

48 years male itching and burning multiple HYPERKERATOTIC lesions on left leg since 3 years. Tenderness and swelling of leg only 6 months back. What is diagnosis? Differential diagnosis? How to manage this case?

An 80 y/o M, agriculturist, presented with h/o verrucous ulcer, with crusting over the left leg since one year. Also h/o an injury caused by a coconut shell one year back which developed to the present ulcer. The examination revealed a single 5x5cm, painless ulcer with excoriation of the surrounding skin.
