This lesion on neck since 15 days. Occupation Farmer. Mild itching only. Chief Complaints No other symptoms.
? Lymphocutaneous Sporotrichosis Verrucous lesion is an unusual presentation of Sporotrichosis leading to diagnostic dilemma. Verrucous lesion is an unusual presentation of sporotrichosis which can mimic many diseases. The verrucous lesions are also seen in Chromoblastomycosis, Tuberculosis Verruca Cutis/Lupus Vulgaris, Cutaneous Leishmaniasis and blastomycosis leading to diagnostic dilemma. Skin biopsy will give diagnostic lead. Fungal culture if indicated. Thank you.

The bandage below is a drained bulla. 62/F came with complaint of non healing ulcer over temporal area since an year. Biopsy came out to be non specific dermatitis. Case for discussion 45 year old male presented with hyperkeratotic lesions in a annular circumference placement on the right gluteal region only. Present and progressing since 13 years. Started in center as a Nodular keratotic lesion then slowly spread circumferentially History of applying steroid based creams. Sensation intact No h/o of itching IT IS NOT TINEA. 1. Describe the lesion 2. Give possible DD 3. What tests to do to get closer to diagnosis.
