19 year male c/o these kind of striae over the back since 1 year with no itching or burning sensation, No history of application of steriods, No history of systematic steriods

They are simple strech marks or striae albicans. They usually seen in puberty. They appear due to tearing of dermis during periods of rapid growth such as puberty. Other conditions to be excluded are Cushing's syndrome Obesity. There is no treatment. They will vanish in due course if you reduce your weight..

This is simple Physiological Striae, known as Stertch Marks. It happens when one gains weight or loses weight like in Pregnancy Stretch Marks
