No clinical details available. Age of the pt,duration of illness ???. History mentioned hypoglycemia. Diagnosis - fever with convulsion. Infective pathology like encephalitis,meningitis with encephalitis,brain abscess/ abcesses,systemic infection with 2ndary brain involvement,hypoglycemia in sepsis with secondary brain involvement ,Systemic vasculitis and so on. CT brain - kindly provide plain CT also for proper diagnosis. Contrast CT shows contrast enhancing ring lesion with perilesional hypodensity suggestive of edema .Needs plain scan for proper evaluation of CT brain. Possible brain abscess
