normal ecg. do pulmonary function test.
This is RBBB.. Do an echo.. See for other causes of dyspnoea like anaemia etc.. If all ok and echo is normal can do TMT.. If all normal reassurance..
it looks like RBBB. Usually it is physiological but if symptomatic u must take cardiology opinion and also get 2D-Echo done , if u want to give Anaesthetia.

5 yo girl child brought by mother with co sudden fall on ground with up rolling of eyes for abt 10 min with loss of conciousness for 30min .
