Dysphagia is a symptom connected with oral , pharyngeal, esophageal or from neurological causes & demands detailed investigations -- if prolonged. In this case probably from esophageal stricture ? may be from GERD ?. Lump sensation in throat + difficult to swallow -- Lachesis ( 3 marks each - Kent ) ( But more symptoms of the case needed to decide.)
