Discoloration of feet and legs

Chief Complaint A 54 y/o male presents with bluish discoloration of the tips of the great toes of both his feet with swelling which leads to discoloration of both feet and legs along with pain. History He is a chronic alcoholic & has h/o venous thromboembolism for 3 months. He is on warfarin therapy. Treatment What next should be done?

Ct angiogram must to r/0 gangrene ref to Vascular surgeon Already on warfarin so clot which is their is to remove

Angiography to locate the occlusion and ref to Surgeon opinion and proper assessment and evaluation with the help of vascular surgeon to plan out management. Reassurance and counciling required. Psychiatrist opinion for de addiction.
