Diagnosis of double vision Worth 4 dot test Physical examination history when this diplopia occurred weather it was after trauma Is diplopia worse at the end of day when you are tired , any additional symptoms Weather there is rly of head Is diplopia present with both eyes open Now examine Ford of vision See weather eyes are side by side , or one above than other Are both eyes vision clear or one eye blurred Cover and cover test Move the eyes in clock face Tilt head to the right then to left Do any of positions improve vision or worsen
