a 67yr old female have visual hallucinations at evening time since 1 yr no other complains present what management for it...!? ct scan normal blood pressure normal and no any head injuries no diabetic ...normal talkative in day time and behaviour...

If e e g . Scanning.and eye surgeon opinion is normal .And patients mental status ia normal you may take opinion of neurosurgeon if that is normal you may start dilantin .As normal report do not rule out any pathology .
