Dual malignancies

A 72 year old male presented with the chief complaints of hoarseness of voice and loss of appetite Chief Complaints C/0 change of voice since 2 months and loss if appetite since 1 month History History of MI 3 years back Vitals Vitally stable Physical Examination Direct laryngoscopy showed ulcerative growth in b/l AE fold and false cord.. Investigations CT neck showed 3 cm growth in b/l AE fold and both false cord and CT thorax and abdomen showed 7 cm lesion in liver Diagnosis Biopsy from larynx turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma and liver showed hepatocellular carcinoma Management Palliative radiation for larynx and sorafenib for hepatocellular cancer
