30 yr male having this type of problem from last 10 days
Infiltrated Erythematous Plaques at face since 10 days My Clinical Impression from the image is Hansen disease- Type 1 Reaction-downgrading With Regards to Dr partha Sarathi Sahana
ACD/ ICD Inj Avil 2ml+ Inj dexona 2ml im stat than sos. Levocet 5mg bd Tapering dose of steroid orally. lobate-S fucibact oint locally bd. Rehydrate skin by applying moisturizer or emollient lotion locally. Keep the area clean and covered with sterile gauge.
