Patient age 17 yrs facing this type of problem from past 12 yrs.. Chief Complaints Swelling on legs with mild pain, wieght loss, no itching, non healing ulcer on scrotum. History Begin with rashes and pneumonia.
Get complete history. Thorough investigations like CBC, Blood sugar and renal profile, On the basis of pictures, it is suggestive of Eczematous dermatitis, Stasis dermatitis

Eczematous dermatitis Rule out diabetic and liver function test. Needs long term treatment or consult with Dermatologist and Endocrinologist.
