Retention of Small foreign body has caused Granulomas sepsis. Ciprofox drop 4 times. Ciprobid tab Twice as par weight of pt.
Differential diagnosis Pyogenic granuloma Caruncle cyst Retention cyst Reffered to ophthalmologist to diagnose and plan for treatment
Pyogenic granuloma surgical excision Moxflox eye drops two hourly Tab ciprofloxacin , ibubrufen 5days
